Horary Chart

A Horary Chart is where a client possesses a sincerely held, important question and heavenly bodies provide the answer.  It is NOT FORTUNE TELLING. The Astrologer will note the date, time, and location at the moment the Question is understood. This typically will be the time when the Astrologer receives and understands the question. It would be helpful to know the date, time, location of the client's birth, but not required, as the Question itself has finally "arrived" and can be used.
